Welcome to Nishu Digital, a Tessovate Technologies Initiative (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our services, tools, or products available at tessovate.com and affiliated subdomains, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Services

All content, SaaS tools, downloads, and services offered are licensed for personal or business use as stated during purchase. Redistribution or resale without written permission is strictly prohibited.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Orders and Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to digital products or SaaS services as applicable. Delivery is via email, dashboard, or download links as per product type.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Orders may be cancelled within 3 days of purchase for SaaS products, provided usage is within fair limits.
• Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 7 business days.
• No refunds are offered on downloadable products (like eBooks, templates) once accessed or downloaded.
• We reserve the right to deny cancellation requests if significant usage of services has occurred.

5. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. All products and services are provided "as is" without warranties.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, tools, content, and visuals are owned by Tessovate or licensed appropriately. You may not duplicate or exploit our materials without explicit permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to any service or product without notice for violations of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mangalore, Karnataka.
