1. Fair Use of Services

• Free and trial services (such as image converters, calculators, or demos) are limited to fair and non-abusive use — generally defined as up to 5 interactions per IP per day unless otherwise stated.
• You may not attempt to bypass daily limits or automate usage unless granted API or developer access explicitly.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT use Tessovate or Nishu Digital services to:

• Send spam, phishing messages, or any unsolicited commercial content.
• Upload or distribute content that is harmful, defamatory, pornographic, abusive, or violates any law.
• Attempt unauthorized access to services, user accounts, or data.
• Overload or disrupt our infrastructure or servers (e.g., DDoS attacks, scraping bots).
• Misuse SaaS tools or downloadables beyond the licensing terms.

3. Security and Access

Users are responsible for maintaining secure credentials and using our services in accordance with applicable laws. Sharing login credentials or API keys without authorization is strictly prohibited.

4. Enforcement and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access, tools, or services without prior notice in the event of AUP violations. Severe abuse may also result in legal action or reporting to appropriate authorities.

5. Reporting Violations

To report misuse or abuse of our services, email us at abuse@tessovate.com. Include all relevant details for investigation.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this AUP from time to time. Continued use of our services indicates your agreement to the latest version.

7. Jurisdiction

This AUP is governed by Indian law, and any disputes arising from it shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Mangalore, Karnataka courts.
