Vendor Policy
This Vendor Policy (“Policy”) outlines the expectations, responsibilities, and legal obligations for all third-party vendors, partners, affiliates, and service providers (“Vendors”) working with Tessovate Technologies and its associated brands, including Nishu Digital.
1. Eligibility
- Vendors must be legally registered entities or individuals with valid identification and tax documentation.
- Vendors must comply with applicable laws and not be involved in any unlawful, unethical, or fraudulent activity.
2. Product and Service Standards
- All services, software, digital goods, or consultancy offered via Tessovate platforms must meet quality, performance, and compliance benchmarks.
- Products listed must be original or authorized for resale, with no copyright or trademark violations.
3. Pricing and Payments
- All pricing must be transparent and agreed upon in writing before any public listing or integration.
- Payouts for approved vendors will follow a net 15 or net 30 cycle depending on the agreement, subject to deductions for chargebacks or refund claims.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy Compliance
Vendors must honor Tessovate’s refund and cancellation policies. In case of product-specific exceptions, vendors must disclose refund terms clearly at the time of listing.
5. Confidentiality
Vendors agree not to disclose, share, or misuse any internal documentation, business strategies, customer data, or proprietary code shared during the engagement.
6. Anti-Abuse & Ethics
- Vendors must not use Tessovate platforms to spread malware, spam, or misleading information.
- Any attempt to game the system (e.g., fake leads, fake reviews, bot traffic) will result in permanent blacklisting.
7. Termination
Tessovate reserves the right to suspend or terminate any vendor relationship at its sole discretion in case of breach of trust, compliance, or misuse.
8. Indemnity
Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tessovate Technologies and its affiliates against all claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from their product or service.
9. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mangalore, Karnataka.
